Are you an experienced Technical Programme Manager with a strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and a proven ability to manage complex cross-team dependencies, looking for your next opportunity? As a Technical Programme Manager at Thredd, you will lead the successful delivery of complex product and engineering initiatives, drawing on strong experience in program management and large-scale technical project coordination. With a solid understanding of the software development lifecycle, you will identify, manage, and prioritise cross-team dependencies to ensure seamless execution. Acting as a central point of coordination across product, engineering, and operational teams, you will maintain delivery momentum, minimise risk, and ensure alignment on priorities. You will proactively surface critical dependencies, remove or escalate blockers, and provide teams with the clarity and support needed to meet their commitments.
