Responsibilities
- Support planning and scheduling activities for technical project tasks.
- Update documentation and assist in preparing project status information.
- Collect information from stakeholders to support requirements and task tracking.
- Describe technical practices, solutions, and procedures during routine conversations.
- Make minor pre‑approved updates to tools or processes.
- Identify general issues and resolve them using basic analysis.
- Assist with tracking integration of vendor tasks when required.
- Support quality reviews of project deliverables under guidance.
- Escalate non‑routine issues to senior team members.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
- Advanced education providing broad theoretical knowledge relevant to technical project management.
- Basic understanding of project management principles and technical delivery processes.
- Ability to follow procedures with attention to detail.
- Ability to analyse general issues under supervision.
- Clear communication skills with the ability to gather and share information.
- Ability to work with project tools, documentation, and technical information.
- Strong organisation and willingness to learn technical project practices.
