The Technical Project Manager plays a critical role in driving CareDx’s EMR Integration and Interoperability initiatives. This role serves as the central coordinator across technical, clinical, and client teams. Blending strong project management discipline with hands-on technical expertise, the associate ensures successful delivery, testing, and implementation of technical solutions to improve transplant centers and clinical teams work with CareDx products and services. This role reports to the Lead Technical Project Manager. Core Responsibilities 1. Project Execution & Delivery <ul> <li style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 12pt;">Own end-to-end project planning, execution, and delivery of technical integrations and support post-go-live stabilization.</li> <li style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 12pt;">Manage cross‐team communication to ensure alignment on timelines, dependencies, testing expectations, and rollout steps.</li> <li style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 12pt;">Maintain accurate project documentation, including plans, status updates, SOPs, and client-facing deliverables.</li> </ul> 2. Technical Problem Solving & Integration Support <ul> <li style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 12pt;">Partner with internal engineering and interoperability teams and external client teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues using tools such as Redox, Mirth, Epic and Salesforce.</li> <li style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 12pt;">Analyze discrepancies (e.g., mismatched IDs, outdated packages, record‐level inconsistencies) and guide teams toward accurate resolution.</li> <li style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 12pt;">Proactively identify risks and bring forward recommendations and solution options when issues arise.</li> </ul> 3. Systems & Workflow Expertise <ul> <li style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 12pt;">Develop and maintain deep understanding of EMR integrations, clinical workflows, and lab ordering/result processes.</li> <li style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 12pt;">Guide clients and internal stakeholders on best practices for configuration, workflow design, and system behavior.</li> <li style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 12pt;">Identify opportunities to standardize builds, reduce variability, and improve scalability across implementations.</li> </ul> 4. Stakeholder Communication & Client Engagement <ul> <li style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 12pt;">Act as the primary client liaison during implementation, building strong relationships with clinical and technical stakeholders while facilitating workflow, integration, and technical discussions.</li> <li style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 12pt;">Communicate status, risks, and decisions clearly, translating complex concepts into actionable insights and providing visibility into release scope, changes, and timelines.</li> <li style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 12pt;">Support clients and internal stakeholders by providing visibility into what’s included in releases, what’s changing, and when updates will be available.</li> </ul> 5. Testing, Validation & Quality Assurance <ul> <li style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 12pt;">Oversee integration testing efforts, ensuring environments are properly configured.</li> <li style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 12pt;">Ensure teams understand what features, changes, or fixes are included in each build so QA/test activities start with the right expectations.</li> <li style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 12pt;">Identify gaps in process visibility (e.g., unclear version control, missing installation steps, outdated packages) and push for improvements.</li> <li style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 12pt;">Validate that environments are prepared for testing and that issues discovered in QA are documented and communicated appropriately.</li> </ul> Qualifications <ul> <li style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 12pt;">Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in healthcare, technology, or related field</li> <li style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 12pt;">5+ years of experience in technical project management, EMR integration, or healthcare technology</li> <li style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 12pt;">Experience with EMR systems (e.g., Epic, Cerner) and interoperability standards (HL7, FHIR)</li> <li style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 12pt;">Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to debug complex technical issues</li> <li style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 12pt;">Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, client-facing environment</li> <li style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 12pt;">Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li> <li style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 12pt;">Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)</li> </ul> Preferred Qualifications <ul> <li style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 12pt;">Experience with project tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence)</li> <li style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 12pt;">Familiarity with ticketing systems such as ServiceNow</li> <li style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 12pt;">Exposure to APIs, clinical data feeds (i.e. HL7), or interface engines</li> <li style="font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 12pt;">High preference for candidates living in Central or Pacific Timezone.</li> </ul>   Additional Details:  Every individual at CareDx has a direct impact on our collective mission to improve the lives of organ transplant patients worldwide.
