If you join our team, you’ll be contributing to building the technology that powers the future.</p> <h2><strong>About the role</strong></h2> <p>We’re hiring a <strong>Technical Project Manager</strong> to lead deployment execution for GPU infrastructure builds, with an immediate focus on APAC delivery needs.</p> <p>This role is closely connected to deployment stakeholders across regions, including partners in North America, EMEA, and APAC. You’ll work across customer-facing discussions, on-site teams, vendors, and internal partners to drive deployments forward in environments where speed, ambiguity, and hands-on execution are part of the day-to-day.</p> <p>This is a high-impact role because it will help Nscale deliver critical capacity on time while the regional roadmap continues to take shape. The person in this seat will be trusted to connect the dots across complex deployment work, identify risks early, and help establish the standard for how technical program management is built in APAC.</p> <h2><strong>What you'll be doing</strong></h2> <p><strong>End-to-End Deployment Leadership</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Own</strong> delivery of deployments end-to-end across multiple workstreams.</li> <li><strong>Connect</strong> dependencies across site execution, customer needs, and internal delivery plans.</li> <li><strong>Drive</strong> progress from day zero with minimal ramp-up.</li> <li><strong>Identify</strong> risks early and <strong>define</strong> mitigation paths to keep deployments moving.</li> <li><strong>Manage </strong>complex migrations, ensuring infrastructure upgrades and legacy migrations are completed with zero service disruption.</li> </ul> <p><strong>On-Site Execution</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Engage </strong>directly at remote site locations to validate progress firsthand rather than managing from a desk.</li> <li><strong>Oversee </strong>physical infrastructure builds, including racks, cabling, busway power, containment, and network hubs.</li> <li><strong>Directly </strong>manage commissioning across multiple data halls to ensure high-performance computing (HPC) readiness.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Stakeholder and Customer Engagement</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Build</strong> trust with customers, partners, and cross-functional stakeholders.</li> <li><strong>Facilitate</strong> effective dialogue across technical and non-technical groups.</li> <li><strong>Collaborate</strong> with regional and global teams to align priorities and execution.</li> <li><strong>Use</strong> local market and customer context to strengthen engagement where relevant.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Operational Judgment in Ambiguous Environments</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Operate</strong> effectively in a fast-growth environment where priorities evolve quickly.</li> <li><strong>Navigate</strong> ambiguity without losing sight of the broader deployment outcome.</li> <li><strong>Partner</strong> closely with recruiting and leadership on candidate calibration and team buildout as the function grows.</li> <li><strong>Contribute</strong> to a low-ego, highly collaborative culture while maintaining a high bar for execution.</li> </ul> <h2><strong>About you</strong></h2> <ul> <li><strong>Experience delivering multiple megawatts of capacity</strong> in prior roles is required.</li> <li><strong>Background leading technical deployments end-to-end</strong> with the ability to connect multiple workstreams.</li> <li><strong>Experience in hyperscale environments</strong> where large-scale infrastructure delivery has been a core responsibility.</li> <li><strong>Hands-on site capability</strong> and willingness to work directly from remote or active deployment locations.</li> <li><strong>Strong understanding of data center deployment execution</strong>, including the realities of powering on GPU infrastructure.</li> <li><strong>Strength in stakeholder and partner engagement</strong> across complex, cross-functional environments.</li> <li><strong>Low-ego, collaborative working style</strong> with a reputation for being easy to work with.</li> <li><strong>APAC language capability, especially Mandarin,</strong> is a strong asset where customer trust depends on local communication.</li> </ul> <h2><strong>What we can offer you</strong></h2> <p>At Nscale, you'll find a collaborative, supportive, and innovative environment where your contributions spark real impact.
