About the role
<p><strong>Summary:</strong> We are seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead and coordinate projects within the high-performance Solana ecosystem. The ideal candidate will drive the development and implementation of decentralized exchange solutions, ensuring seamless execution and integration within the DEX space.</p>
<p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Coordinate and oversee all stages of project management, from initiation to closure, within the Solana ecosystem.</li>
<li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of projects and alignment with strategic objectives.</li>
<li>Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.</li>
<li>Communicate project status, milestones, and outcomes to stakeholders effectively.</li>
<li>Implement best practices and tools for project management and tracking within the decentralized exchange landscape.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.</li>
<li>Proven experience in project management within the blockchain or decentralized finance (DeFi) industry.</li>
<li>Strong understanding of the Solana ecosystem and decentralized exchanges.</li>
<li>Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.</li>
<li>Strong communication and leadership skills to effectively manage teams and stakeholders.</li>
<li>Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.</li>
</ul>
