Our Recruiting team is small, mighty, and building quickly.</p> <p>We’re looking for a Technical Recruiter to help shape, build, and scale our Engineering, Product and Design organization. You will join our high-performing recruiting team and manage full-cycle recruiting processes to close world-class technical talent.</p> <hr> <h2>What you’ll do</h2> <ul> <li>Partner with our Head of Engineering and Engineering Managers on hiring for EPD</li> <li>Manage full-cycle recruiting process&nbsp;</li> <li>Maintain strong hiring manager partnership and effective candidate advocacy</li> <li>Actively source candidates, screen resumes, and evaluate candidates to determine fit for stage and company</li> <li>Develop creative strategies for engaging top talent through outbound prospecting, company marketing, networking, referrals, and events</li> <li>Leverage trends, data, research, networks, and your own industry knowledge to know where to go to find exceptional candidates for Hex</li> <li>Build a solid understanding of Hex’s business and culture in order to craft thoughtful, high-quality messaging</li> <li>Collaborate with the team to expand and elevate our top-of-funnel strategies</li> <li>Facilitate interview and hiring decision-making processes with interview panelists, hiring managers, and company leadership</li> <li>Manage offer process, partnering with hiring managers, leadership, finance and HR teams</li> <li>Continuously and independently seek new ways to improve both the candidate experience and recruiting process</li> </ul> <hr> <h2>What you’ll bring</h2> <ul> <li>4+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience in a competitive industry (sourcing, screening, and closing candidates)</li> <li>Ability to evaluate technical aptitude and screen candidates for both technical and company fit</li> <li>Tech and industry knowledge with the ability to understand relevant skills and companies for niche technical roles</li> <li>Consultative and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate across all levels of the organization</li> <li>Proficiency sourcing with LinkedIn as well as alternative techniques</li> <li>Expertise in leveraging Gem and Greenhouse to build metrics, sourcing strategies, and talent pipelines</li> </ul> <hr> <p>In addition to our unique culture, Hex proudly offers a competitive total rewards package, including but not limited to, market-benched salary &amp; equity, comprehensive health benefits, and flexible paid time off.</p> <p>The salary range for this role is: $144,000 - $165,000</p> <p>The salary range shown may be a reflection of additional factors such as geographical location and skill ranges/levels we’re open to. Placement in the salary range will be decided upon completion of the interview process, taking into account factors like leaving room for growth, internal fairness &amp; parity, your demonstrated skills, and the depth of your experience.
