We build digital solutions that impact the lives of millions of Americans.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><strong>About the role: </strong></span></p> <p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">As a Technical Recruiter, you will own full-cycle recruiting across the breadth of Raft from our engineers and technical delivery teams (software, DevSecOps, data, and AI/ML) to program and product management, business development, and corporate functions. You will be the connective tissue between our hiring managers and the exceptional talent that powers our mission, managing the candidate journey from intake through offer.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Because the programs we support are defense and national security missions, you will routinely recruit security-cleared talent and partner with hiring managers to navigate clearance and citizenship requirements. font-size: 12pt;">~5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including technical/engineering roles</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Experience recruiting in the defense tech, government contracting, or federal technology space</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Familiarity with U.S. security clearances (e.g., Secret, TS, TS/SCI) and the ability to source and qualify cleared talent</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">A proven track record of proactive sourcing and closing competitive candidates in a tight talent market</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Excellent written and verbal communication and strong relationship-building skills with candidates and hiring managers</span></li> <li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;
