Role Overview
As a Senior Technical Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end technical recruitment processes, partnering closely with clients and hiring managers, and attracting top tech talent across different banking and technology functions.
π Key Responsibilities
β’ Manage full recruitment cycle for technical and IT-related positions
β’ Partner with clients and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and workforce plans
β’ Source, assess, and attract qualified technical candidates through different recruitment channels
β’ Conduct HR interviews and coordinate technical assessment processes
β’ Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for tech and banking-related roles
β’ Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process
β’ Prepare recruitment reports and maintain recruitment trackers and databases
Requirements
roven experience as a Technical Recruiter or IT Recruiter
β’ Previous hiring experience within the banking sector is a must
β’ Strong understanding of technical and digital roles
β’ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
β’ Fluent English is a must
β’ Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
