About the role
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical roles within the banking sector (Software & Development, IT, Digital, Data, Cybersecurity).
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and hiring needs.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates using various recruitment channels.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience as a Technical Recruiter.
- Proven experience hiring for the banking or financial services sector is a must.
- Strong knowledge of technical roles and IT profiles.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent English is required.
