<li>Recruitment experience within the IT, logistics, and/or Data Center arenas.</li>
<li>Experiencing managing the candidate pipeline with Greenhouse ATS</li>
<li>Familiarity with negotiating offers and managing candidate expectations for technical roles.</li>
</ul>
