About the role
Qualifications:
- The candidates must be registered with the Veterinary Council of Tanzania and have current certification.
- 3 – 5 years of experience with major poultry producers or feed millers in Tanzania.
- Experience in feed milling, animal nutrition, and feed formulation would be advantageous.
- Familiarity with the sales process and customer relationship management
Responsibilities
- Identify potential customers and establish relationships.
- Achieve sales targets and expand market share in the assigned territory.
- Develop and execute sales strategies tailored to customer needs.
- Provide technical support to customers regarding products or services.
- Prepare regular sales and activity reports for management.
- Serve as a resource for technical inquiries.
- Collect and communicate customer feedback to the product development and marketing teams.
- Conduct market studies on potential new product opportunities by contacting customers to gather interest and test market demand.
- Spot opportunities for launching new sales projects.
- Maintain an up-to-date level of product, technical, and application knowledge.
