Technical Service Manager / Formulation Manager - Animal Nutrition
We are leading a strategic search for a technical leadership role in multi-species nutritional formulation. The selected professional will manage a highly qualified team, drive cost optimization projects, and ensure technical excellence across internal and external stakeholders.
- Lead a technical team focused on nutritional formulation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams: R&D, procurement, pricing, regulatory, and marketing.
- Provide consultative support to clients and technical assistance to manufacturing units.
- Manage cost-efficiency and process optimization initiatives.
- Interface with global nutrition teams and internal stakeholders.
- Ensure regulatory compliance and raw material updates.
- Technical background: Animal Science, Nutrition, Food Engineering, Veterinary Medicine, or related fields.
- Proven experience in team leadership.
- Previous experience in premix companies and/or large-scale animal nutrition producers.
- Solid knowledge of multi-species formulation.
- Fluent English for global communication.
