Senior Technical Service Officer

Requirements

· At least 2 years IT project implementation experience and 1 year experience in leading project team members to deliver project implementation

· Obtain valid Construction Industry Safety Training Certificate (Safety Card)

· Relevant or similar working experience in ELV, networking or CCTV installation is an advantage

· Able to handle basic office tasks, including replying to emails and using Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint

· Hardworking, punctual, responsible, and able to work independently

· Able to work night shifts, on a shift-roster basis, and accept overtime work when required

· Good spoken Cantonese: basic English reading ability is an advantage

 

Job duties

· Assist and lead on-site installation and cabling works (including cable pulling and conduit works)

· Lead the team to perform installation, testing and configuration of IT equipment, cameras and network equipment

· Assist in equipment rollout and migration projects when required

· Handle provisioning tools, materials delivery and site tidying-up upon completion

· Perform work at height (e.g. using ladders for installation)
