As we scale, we need someone who can own the technical side of our customer relationships, not just answering support tickets, but actually making our devices work reliably in messy, real-world clinical environments.</p> <p>OXOS is looking for a <strong>Technical Solutions Engineer </strong>who is equal parts support engineer, systems thinker, and toolbuilder. In this position, you will serve as a primary point of contact for customers requiring technical support, system integrations, and optimization of their OXOS solutions. This role involves diagnosing and resolving issues, supporting new integrations, and proactively enhancing system performance. Additionally, you will identify opportunities to streamline repetitive troubleshooting processes by developing automated solutions and scripts to improve efficiency and scalability.</p> <div
