<p><strong>Key Responsibilites </strong></p>
<ul>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Provide comprehensive post-sales onboarding assistance, ensuring customers reach full production readiness and achieve long-term adoption. This includes assisting customers and partners with deploying RegScale across various environments, including Docker and Kubernetes.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"134233117":true,"134233118":true}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Participate in solution workshops with customers to identify key requirements and objectives and help shape prescriptive technical strategies to address their needs.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"134233117":true,"134233118":true}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Develop Python scripts to load customer data and integrate RegScale with external commercial tools and platforms.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"134233117":true,"134233118":true}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Create, maintain, and document product integration scripts to support ongoing platform extensibility and customer use cases.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"134233117":true,"134233118":true}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Develop technical solutions and demonstrate the RegScale platform in both customer engagement and sales support scenarios.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"134233117":true,"134233118":true}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Deliver customer training to support successful platform adoption and ongoing user enablement.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"134233117":true,"134233118":true}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Capture and communicate customer technical requirements to the Product team to inform future enhancements, while actively supporting product development by piloting and testing new features.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"134233117":true,"134233118":true}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Enable the Customer Success team by creating technical training for customers that include product demonstrations, example code, and hands-on exercises.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"134233117":true,"134233118":true}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Collaborate with the Customer Success team to support existing customers by increasing platform utilization and identifying expansion opportunities.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"134233117":true,"134233118":true}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Provide responsive technical support to customers, helping troubleshoot issues and guide resolution.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"134233117":true,"134233118":true}"> </span></li>
</ul>
<p><strong><span data-contrast="auto">Required Skills</span></strong><span data-ccp-props="{"134233117":true,"134233118":true}"> </span></p>
<ul>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python or Bash, with experience in at least one additional programming language (e.g., C#, Golang, Rust, Angular, SQL, Typescript, Java, JavaScript, etc.). </span><span data-ccp-props="{"134233117":true,"134233118":true}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Proficiency in AWS, GCP, or Azure is a big plus.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"134233117":true,"134233118":true}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Experience with data manipulation of both structured and unstructured data, including data exchange, transformation, and developing REST APIs and custom scripts. </span><span data-ccp-props="{"134233117":true,"134233118":true}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Proficient in requirements gathering</span><span data-ccp-props="{"134233117":true,"134233118":true}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Hands-on experience accessing and integrating with commercial software platforms via documented APIs or building Point-to-Point Integrations.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"134233117":true,"134233118":true}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Familiarity with Python-based frameworks, with bonus points for experience using Python, Go, and Rust in real-world integration or automation scenarios.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"134233117":true,"134233118":true}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think creatively and troubleshoot complex technical challenges across customer environments.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"134233117":true,"134233118":true}"> </span></li>
</ul>
<p><strong><span data-contrast="auto">Education/Training, Qualifications, And Certification</span></strong><span data-ccp-props="{"134233117":true,"134233118":true}"> </span></p>
<ul>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related technical field and 10+ years of relevant experience, or a master's degree and 7+ years of experience.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"134233117":true,"134233118":true}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Demonstrated success operating as part of a high-performing, cross-functional team in technical services or solutions engineering capacity.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"134233117":true,"134233118":true}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Proven experience in an enterprise software or B2B SaaS company, ideally in cybersecurity or GRC space.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"134233117":true,"134233118":true}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills, with the ability to resolve complex customer issues and communicate solutions effectively.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"134233117":true,"134233118":true}"> </span></li>
<li><span data-contrast="auto">Passion for solving customer problems and driving long-term value through adoption, enablement, and relationship-building.</span><span data-ccp-props="{"134233117":true,"134233118":true}"> </span></li>
