Sigma is growing quickly, and your work will directly impact our ability to hire the talent that drives our success.</p> <h2 data-section-id="r8dte7" data-start="901" data-end="920"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Responsibilities</span></h2> <ul data-start="922" data-end="1784"> <li data-section-id="2b38sb" data-start="922" data-end="1054">Partner with engineering leadership and technical recruiters to understand hiring priorities and support critical technical roles.</li> <li data-section-id="12kbra3" data-start="1055" data-end="1188">Proactively source, engage, and nurture a pipeline of high-quality candidates for open positions across assigned engineering teams.</li> <li data-section-id="iqar5r" data-start="1189" data-end="1286">Develop and execute creative, data-driven sourcing strategies to identify top technical talent.</li> <li data-section-id="9uhwzv" data-start="1287" data-end="1379">Collaborate with engineering teams to increase employee referrals for high-priority roles.</li> <li data-section-id="ouzjm4" data-start="1380" data-end="1545">Leverage a variety of channels—including social platforms, professional networks, sourcing tools, and industry communities—to identify and connect with candidates.</li> <li data-section-id="2ionfv" data-start="1546" data-end="1659">Track and optimize sourcing effectiveness by measuring response rates, pipeline health, and conversion metrics.</li> <li data-section-id="1xst4vn" data-start="1660" data-end="1784">Maintain strong recruiting hygiene by accurately documenting all sourcing and recruiting activity in the ATS (Greenhouse).</li> </ul> <h2 data-section-id="htanpl" data-start="1791" data-end="1806"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Requirements</span></h2> <ul data-start="1808" data-end="2396"> <li data-section-id="1ya2wr2" data-start="1808" data-end="1935">3+ years of technical sourcing or recruiting experience, ideally within a technology company, startup, or agency environment.</li> <li data-section-id="zac6xh" data-start="1936" data-end="2045">Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage technical candidates effectively.</li> <li data-section-id="ziufkp" data-start="2046" data-end="2142">Hands-on experience with sourcing tools, recruiting platforms, and Applicant Tracking Systems.</li> <li data-section-id="edexsl" data-start="2143" data-end="2251">Demonstrated grit, persistence, and intellectual curiosity with a strong drive for continuous improvement.</li> <li data-section-id="1k100ho" data-start="2252" data-end="2396">Self-starter mentality with the ability to operate independently, solve problems, and confidently communicate with stakeholders at all levels.</li> </ul> <h2 class="text-text-100 mt-3 -mb-1 text-[1.125rem] font-bold"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Compensation</span></h2> <p class="font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal leading-[1.7]"><strong>Base Salary Range:</strong> $110,000 – $120,000 USD (depending on experience and location) Plus equity, annual bonus eligibility, and comprehensive benefits.</p> <p class="font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal leading-[1.7]"><em>Sigma Computing is an equal opportunity employer.
