About the role
Department Focus:
Your Impact:
As a Partner Specialist Intern at Deliverect, based in Mexico City, you will play a crucial role in managing channel activations, providing support and updates to reseller partners, and ensuring smooth onboarding processes.
You will also be responsible for coaching and educating partners on product features, identifying areas for improvement, and maintaining strong relationships. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to increasing efficiency within the white label partnerships team and fostering long term relationships by increasing engagement.
Role Details:
- Fluency in English and Spanish required with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Fluency in Mandarin/Cantonese is a strong asset, but not mandatory
- This is a full-time, hybrid role with a flexible work schedule, offering 3 days in our Mexico City office and 2 days from the comfort of your home.
- One-year internship with the potential for an extension
