<h5>Experience you’ll need to bring:</h5>
<ul>

<p>3+ years of experience in Technical Support, Service Desk, or NOC environments;</p>
</li>
<li data-section-id="q2j047" data-start="325" data-end="388">
<p>1+ year of experience in a Team Lead or Senior Support role;</p>
</li>
<li data-section-id="3nttlo" data-start="389" data-end="458">
<p>Experience managing 24/7 support operations and shift-based teams;</p>
</li>
<li data-section-id="1bfcuc9" data-start="459" data-end="519">
<p>Strong experience with Jira or similar ticketing systems;</p>
</li>
<li data-section-id="1nwrpoc" data-start="520" data-end="583">
<p>Experience with monitoring tools (e.g., Grafana or similar);</p>
</li>
<li data-section-id="1pznuht" data-start="584" data-end="649">
<p>Strong incident management and escalation handling experience;</p>
</li>
<li data-section-id="bg8wgk" data-start="650" data-end="711">
<p>Experience monitoring SLAs, queues, and incident backlogs;</p>
</li>
<li data-section-id="11mgpwz" data-start="712" data-end="774">
<p>Experience coordinating escalations to L2/L3 support teams;</p>
</li>
<li data-section-id="zi9lmq" data-start="775" data-end="820">
<p>Basic understanding of log analysis tools;</p>
</li>
<li data-section-id="q74rm6" data-start="821" data-end="844">
<p>Basic SQL knowledge;</p>
</li>
<li data-section-id="1jlwfue" data-start="845" data-end="887">
<p>English level B2+ (written and spoken).</p>
</li>
