About the role

The Technical Coordinator will play a key role in supporting daily operations by coordinating technical documentation, customer inquiries, supplier communications, and administrative activities. The ideal candidate combines a Mechanical Engineering background with strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and maintain technical and commercial documentation, including quotations, proposals, reports, and presentations.
  • Coordinate with international suppliers and headquarters regarding technical specifications, product information, and order status.
  • Review customer requirements and assist in preparing suitable technical solutions.
  • Follow up on customer inquiries and provide timely technical and operational support.
  • Coordinate shipping, order processing, and documentation to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Maintain accurate records of contracts, quotations, orders, and correspondence.
  • Support the Operations team with scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and managing documentation.
  • Liaise between clients, suppliers, and internal departments to ensure effective communication and project follow-up.
  • Assist in preparing technical submissions and tender documents when required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
  • 0–3 years of experience in technical coordination, technical support, operations, administration, or a related field.
  • Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in generators, marine equipment, manufacturing, export operations, or industrial products is a plus.
