The problems are genuinely hard, the company is growing fast, and you're early enough to shape both the product and the team.</p></div><p><strong>About the Role</strong></p> <p>We’re hiring a <strong>Technical Talent Partner</strong> to own hiring for customer-facing technical roles — people who sit at the intersection of product, engineering, and customers.</p> <p><strong>What You’ll Own</strong></p> <ul> <li>Own <strong>end-to-end recruiting</strong> for technical GTM roles (TAM, Solutions Engineer, Solutions Architect, Customer Success Engineering)</li> <li>Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and Product leaders on <strong>hiring strategy and planning</strong></li> <li>Define and calibrate <strong>hiring criteria and interview processes</strong></li> <li>Build <strong>targeted pipelines</strong> from SaaS, cybersecurity, and cloud companies</li> <li>Conduct <strong>high-signal screening</strong>, assessing both technical depth and customer-facing ability</li> <li>Drive <strong>closing and candidate experience</strong> in competitive markets</li> <li>Act as a <strong>strategic partner</strong> to hiring managers and leadership</li> </ul> <p><strong>What We’re Looking For</strong></p> <ul> <li>6+ years of <strong>full-cycle recruiting experience</strong>, including technical roles</li> <li>Strong experience hiring <strong>customer-facing technical roles (TAM / SE / SA)</strong></li> <li>Ability to assess <strong>technical fundamentals</strong> (architecture, APIs, integrations) at a practical level</li> <li>Strong understanding of <strong>customer-facing dynamics</strong> (communication, ownership, problem-solving)</li> <li>Experience in <strong>SaaS / cybersecurity / cloud environments</strong> - strong advantage</li> <li>Strong <strong>sourcing and outbound recruiting capabilities</strong></li> <li>Ability to work in a <strong>high-growth, fast-paced startup environment</strong></li> </ul><div class="content-conclusion"><p><strong>Equal opportunity</strong></p> <p>Oasis Security is an equal opportunity employer.
