Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Cairo, Egypt, for a Technical Recruiter specializing in the banking sector. The Technical Recruiter will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates for technical and non-technical roles. Responsibilities include collaborating with hiring managers to understand role requirements, building talent pipelines, communicating effectively with candidates, and ensuring a smooth hiring process. The role also involves staying updated on industry hiring trends and ensuring compliance with recruitment best practices.
