About the role
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Trainer - Operations to join our team. This role focuses on delivering comprehensive training programs that enhance the operational skills and technical knowledge of employees in various industrial and technical sectors.
The Technical Trainer - Operations will develop and implement effective training modules covering operational procedures, safety protocols, equipment handling, and process optimization. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in operations, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to assess and improve trainee performance.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deliver training programs related to operational processes and best practices
- Conduct hands-on and classroom training sessions to enhance operational capabilities
- Assess trainee competencies and provide constructive feedback
- Stay updated with industry standards, safety regulations, and technological advancements
- Collaborate with management and technical teams to align training with organizational goals
Requirements
- Minimum 7+ years of experience in operations within relevant industries
- 5 years industrial experience within the oil & gas industry
- Proven experience as a technical trainer or in a similar training role
- Strong understanding of operational procedures, safety standards, and equipment
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English
- Ability to develop training materials and conduct competency assessments
- Relevant certifications in training or operations management are preferred
