The value add is to enable agencies to manage their work end to end within our innovate platform.</p> <p>This is a greenfield program of work to replace their existing workflow system with bespoke .Net development using a microservice architecture in Azure and Kubernetes.</p> <p><strong><u>What you'll be doing:</u></strong></p> <p>This role will report into the Head of Engineering.</p> <ul> <li>Write a clean well thought out design and code with an emphasis on quality, simplicity and maintainability.</li> <li>Consider customer’s perspective and experiences when designing systems.</li> <li>Contribute to design reviews, code reviews and test case reviews.</li> <li>Understand and adapt to new technologies, tools, methods, and processes from Microsoft and the industry.</li> <li>Technology evaluation and recommendation for application architectural problems.</li> <li>Influence the team for right design and technology implementation &amp; give future architectural direction.</li> <li>Communicate effectively and partner well with other disciplines of the project team to deliver high-quality solutions, documentation and support to customers.</li> <li>Engage in shift left and Agile practices.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong><u>What you'll need:</u></strong></p> <ul> <li>In depth knowledge of design patterns and pattern of enterprise application architecture</li> <li>In depth knowledge of SOLID principles</li> <li>Design/Development/Testing experience using large/complex application using various Microsoft technologies (C#, .NET, SQL Server).</li> <li>Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure platform and services.</li> <li>Proven track record of software design from Test Driven Development</li> <li>Knowledge of at least one other OO language (e.g. C++, Java) and HTML5/CSS3</li> <li>Proven track record of Agile delivery</li> <li>Ability to evaluate architectural options (complexity, performance, high-availability, scalability, durability) and make right recommendation for implementation.</li> <li>Passion to constantly explore the latest technology related to our products and platforms.</li> <li>Ability to engage with potential leads and customers for demonstrations and troubleshooting any technical challenges in the product.</li> <li>Good understanding of enterprise scale technologies and developing large scale services.</li> </ul> <p></p> <p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>Who you are:</strong></span></p> <p><strong>You're open<em>:</em> </strong>We are inclusive and collaborative; we encourage the free exchange of ideas; we respect and celebrate diverse views.
