This global footprint—anchored by our <strong>nearshore </strong>model—enables us to deliver at scale with the speed, efficiency, and cultural alignment our clients expect.</p> <p><strong>About the job</strong><br>&nbsp;&nbsp;<br>Goods &amp; Services is looking for a <strong>Senior Technical Writer </strong>who will own, design, and execute comprehensive documentation strategies for our Mobile &amp; Cloud platform programs, ensuring compliance with internal and regulatory standards. The work you produce will be used by external partners and internal technical and regulatory teams.</p> <p><strong>What you’ll do:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Collaborate with software engineers and product managers to document REST APIs, SDK workflows, and cloud-based architecture.</li> <li>Maintain and organize internal technical knowledge bases using Polarion.</li> </ul> <p><strong>What you’ll need:</strong></p> <ul> <li>4+ years technical writing experience, preferably developing highly-technical user documentation for advanced engineering customers.</li> <li>Experience developing API and SDK documentation for the iOS and Android platforms.</li> <li>Hands on experience with Polarion.</li> <li>BA/BS in Technical Communications, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.</li> <li>Excellent written English skills.</li> <li>Excellent verbal interpersonal skills.</li> <li>Eagerness and aptitude to learn new technologies quickly.</li> <li>Ability to contribute broadly to documentation structure and design.</li> <li>Comfort with a changing, dynamic software development environment.</li> <li>Able to handle high workload, multiple responsibilities, and tight deadlines.</li> <li>Motivation to succeed while working independently.&nbsp;</li> </ul> <p><strong>Nice to have:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Familiarity with content creation on Confluence or similar systems; experience with Arena.</li> <li>Exposure / experience to AI tools to assist with documentation creation.</li> </ul>
