Lab Technician 实验室技术员

Responsibilities 职责

• Demonstrates support for the vision of excellence and implement corresponding roles and responsibilities specified  in safety, health, environment protection, quality and compliance with the BCP’s requirements;

表现出对卓越愿景的支持，并实施在安全、健康、环境保护、质量和遵守 BCP 要求方面指定的相应角色和责任;

• Protect the environment and implement the elements related to this position stipulated in the company's environmental policy and environmental goals.

保护环境并实施公司环境政策和环境目标中规定的与该职位相关的工作

• Follow laboratory safety and quality procedures to ensure a safe working and no workflow deviations.

遵守实验室安全和质量程序，确保安全工作，无操作流程偏离。

• Perform sample preparation and analysis, ensuring accuracy and reliability of results.

进行样品的制备和分析，确保测试结果的准确性和可靠性

• Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment to ensure proper functioning.

维护和校准实验室设备，确保其正常工作

• Record and report experimental results, assist in writing lab reports. Manage lab retaining samples and routine testing consumable inventory.

记录并报告实验结果，协助撰写实验报告。管理实验室留样和日常测试耗材库存。

• Use lab data management system to maintain a complete and accurate database of laboratory analyses.

使用实验室数据管理系统，维护完整准确的实验室分析数据库

• Complete other task assigned by supervisor or specialist. Demonstrate behavior that advances team-based concepts and utilizes good communication techniques with all levels of employees.

完成主管或工程师交办的其他任务。表现出以团队为基础的理念，并运用良好的沟通技巧与各级员工沟通。

Qualifications 要求

• Awareness of safety/quality/environment protection; 安全/质量/环保意识
• Experience in analytical laboratory 具备实验室工作经历
• Knowledge and experiences of sample preparation样品制备知识和经验;
• Laboratory automation and information systems实验室自动和信息系统知识
• Theory and concepts of analysis instruments分析仪器基本知识
• Good communication skills and teamwork spirit.沟通技巧，团队精神。
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft software such as Excel, PowerPoint, Word

基本的办公软件知识

• Good English reading and writing skill. 基础的英语读写能力。
