About the role
Arriving at Apollo Hotel Amsterdam, a Tribute Portfolio Hotel , you first catch up with your colleagues about what is going on in the hotel. Are there any urgent issues that need to be solved right away? You are great at assessing the situation and start by tackling the priorities.
You spend a large part of the day on the floor, focusing on preventive maintenance, periodic inspections, and handling reports of technical issues. For the team, you are the go‑to person when it comes to technical tasks, so you receive the occasional call in between. No two days are ever the same!

Located on the Apollolaan in Amsterdam South, overlooking the intersection of five canals, you will find Apollo Hotel Amsterdam, a Tribute Portfolio Hotel. WHAT MAKES YOU THE PERFECT CANDIDATE?
• You have work experience in Technical Services and/or Maintenance, preferably in Electrical Engineering. Experience within the hospitality industry in a Technical Department is an advantage.
• You are proactive and able to work independently.
• You are a true team player and helpful toward both your colleagues and our guest
