We invest heavily in structured training and enablement programmes that help our teams expand across Intelligent Automation, Test Automation, AI-powered workflows, and Agentic AI solutions.</p> <p class="font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal leading-[1.7]"><strong>Recognised as one of the fastest-growing companies in Singapore and Asia Pacific</strong>, SimplifyNext is positioned as one of the most credible and ambitious digital transformation teams in the region.</p></div><p><strong>Work you’ll do</strong><br>Software Development &amp; Automation Engineering:</p> <ul> <li>Develop application logic, automation workflows, and system components using: <ul> <li>Python, JavaScript, and/or TypeScript</li> <li>Low-code platforms with custom scripting and logic</li> </ul> </li> <li>Build reusable modules and components following internal coding and quality standards</li> <li>Implement logic involving: <ul> <li>Data processing and transformation</li> <li>Exception handling and logging</li> <li>Workflow orchestration across systems</li> </ul> </li> </ul> <p>Testing, Quality Assurance &amp; Deployment:</p> <ul> <li>Write and execute unit tests, integration tests, and system-level tests</li> <li>Perform testing beyond UAT, including regression and exception-path testing</li> <li>Support deployment activities across development, test, and production environments</li> <li>Assist in monitoring deployed systems and resolving post-deployment issues</li> </ul> <p>Project Delivery:</p> <ul> <li>Participate in Agile software development practices, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives</li> <li>Collaborate with engineers, architects, and analysts to translate requirements into technical solutions</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p> <ul> <li>Excellent communications and inter-personal skills, and passion to deliver quality work</li> <li>Candidates without prior experience are welcome to apply</li> </ul><div class="content-conclusion"><p>At SimplifyNext, we’re committed to building a team of curious, driven, and forward-thinking individuals who care deeply about creating meaningful impact through technology.
