About the role
<p><strong>POSITION SUMMARY:</strong></p>
<p>The Technology Analyst is a member of the WhiteWater IT department reporting to the Technology Manager and serves as the primary support resource for a portfolio of enterprise business applications supporting Accounting, Procurement, Finance, and other corporate functions. This role is responsible for the day-to-day administration, configuration, support, maintenance, and continuous improvement of applications including OpenInvoice, Concur, Gatekeeper, Adaptive Planning, HaloITSM, and related systems.</p>
<p><strong>ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:</strong></p>
<p>Application Support & Administration</p>
<ul>
<li>Serve as primary support for assigned enterprise applications.</li>
<li>Perform daily administration including user provisioning, security roles, workflows, and system configuration.</li>
<li>Monitor application performance, integrations, and system alerts to proactively resolve issues.</li>
<li>Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to resolve incidents and service requests.</li>
<li>Support application upgrades, releases, testing, and production deployments.</li>
</ul>
<p>Access Management & Security</p>
<ul>
<li>Manage user lifecycle activities including account creation, modification, and deactivation.</li>
<li>Administer role-based access controls in accordance with security policies.</li>
<li>Support authentication issues such as password resets and account lockouts.</li>
<li>Conduct user access reviews and support audit and compliance requirements.</li>
</ul>
<p>Configuration & Process Improvement</p>
<ul>
<li>Configure workflows, forms, approvals, notifications, and business rules.</li>
<li>Translate business requirements into system configurations and enhancements.</li>
<li>Identify and implement opportunities for automation and process improvement.</li>
<li>Support deployment of new modules, features, and system enhancements.</li>
</ul>
<p>Testing, Documentation & User Support</p>
<ul>
<li>Develop and execute test plans for system updates, enhancements, and integrations.</li>
<li>Coordinate and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).</li>
<li>Document processes, SOPs, and system configurations.</li>
<li>Develop training materials and support end-user training.</li>
<li>Support change management and promote system adoption.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Qualifications and Experience: </strong></p>
<p><strong>Required</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>2+ years of experience supporting enterprise business applications, ERP systems, or SaaS platforms.</li>
<li>Experience providing end-user support, troubleshooting, and application administration.</li>
<li>Understanding of Accounting, Procurement, Accounts Payable, Vendor Management, or Finance business processes.</li>
<li>Experience managing user access, security roles, and application configuration.</li>
<li>Experience monitoring system integrations, analyzing errors, and coordinating issue resolution.</li>
<li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.</li>
<li>Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and manage competing priorities.</li>
<li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work effectively across departments and organizational levels.</li>
<li>Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.</li>
<li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.</li>
<li>Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, Accounting, Finance, or equivalent work experience.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Preferred</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Experience supporting:</li>
<ul>
<li>Enverus OpenInvoice</li>
<li>SAP Concur</li>
<li>Gatekeeper Vendor Management</li>
<li>Workday Adaptive Planning</li>
<li>HaloITSM or similar ticketing systems</li>
</ul>
<li>Knowledge of application integrations, APIs, SSO, and identity management technologies.</li>
<li>Experience with Microsoft Entra ID, SAML, OAuth, or other authentication technologies.</li>
<li>Familiarity with ITIL processes and change management practices.</li>
<li>Experience participating in software implementations, upgrades, or migration projects.</li>
<li>Knowledge of audit controls, SOX compliance, or security governance practices.</li>
<li>Experience working in the energy, midstream, oil & gas, or utility industries.</li>
</ul>
