Technology Delivery Consultant

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of technology and business transformation initiatives from mobilisation through to implementation and benefits realisation
• Establish and maintain effective governance, risk management, delivery plans, reporting and stakeholder engagement frameworks.
• Coordinate multi-disciplinary teams across business, technology and third-party suppliers
• Deliver projects using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies, ensuring effective management of business readiness, stakeholder adoption and change impacts
• Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and act as a trusted advisor to clients
• Identify opportunities to support client growth and contribute to proposal development and practice growth

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• Proven experience managing initiatives ranging from strategic technology implementations through to enterprise-wide transformation programmes 
• Leading Agile, Waterfall and hybrid delivery teams, with practical exposure to roles such as Project Manager, Delivery Lead or Programme / Product Manager
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills
• Relevant delivery certifications such as PRINCE2 Practitioner, AgilePM, MSP SAFe, PMP, Scrum
• Experience of working in consulting, professional services, or client-facing delivery environments
• Domain understanding of financial services, particularly capital markets, corporate banking, and insurance.
