Technology Engineer - DevOps & Data Platforms

We are seeking a highly skilled Technology Engineer with strong expertise in DevOps, CI/CD, and Big Data platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building scalable infrastructure, automating deployment pipelines, and designing robust data solutions. This role requires hands-on experience in modern DevOps practices, distributed systems, and collaboration across cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

DevOps & CI/CD

• Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, GitOps, and similar technologies
• Automate software delivery processes to improve efficiency and reduce deployment risks
• Ensure smooth integration and continuous deployment across environments

Containerization & Orchestration

• Deploy, manage, and scale containerized applications using Kubernetes and OpenShift
• Ensure high availability, fault tolerance, and performance of containerized workloads

Infrastructure Management

• Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, Ansible, or similar tools
• Manage cloud/on-prem infrastructure with a focus on scalability and reliability

Big Data & Distributed Systems

• Architect and implement Big Data solutions using Hadoop, Spark, Kafka, or related technologies
• Design and manage distributed data systems for high-performance data processing and storage

Monitoring & Optimization

• Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting systems
• Continuously optimize system performance, scalability, and reliability

Collaboration

• Work closely with development, operations, and data teams to deliver end-to-end solutions
• Participate in design discussions and provide technical insights

Security & Compliance

• Ensure infrastructure and applications follow security best practices
• Maintain compliance with organizational and regulatory standards

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong experience in DevOps and CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitOps, etc.)
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and container orchestration
• Proficiency in Terraform, Ansible, or other IaC tools
• Experience with Big Data technologies (Hadoop, Spark, Kafka)
• Understanding of distributed systems and microservices architecture
• Experience with monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack (preferred)
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in banking or financial services domain
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Familiarity with security frameworks and compliance standards
