About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and support delivery across the technology portfolio and project workstreams
- Administer and enhance the Technology Portfolio Management Tool
- Proactively manage delivery risks, issues, and escalations
- Implement and embed PMO standards, governance, and best practices
- Drive consistency and standardisation across projects
- Support resource planning, capacity, and delivery efficiency
- Track progress, risks, actions, and deliverables
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
- Manage individual projects or work items as required
- Deputise for the PMO workstream lead when needed
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Strong understanding of PMO and portfolio management
- Relevant project management experience
- Experience working with third-party suppliers
- Knowledge of agile delivery methods and ceremonies
- Good technical and IT knowledge
- Confident communicator with senior stakeholder exposure
- Detail-oriented and risk-aware
- Proactive and solutions-focused
- Practical and delivery-minded
- Clear, structured, and concise in approach
