This role manages strategic technology suppliers to deliver commercial value, contractual robustness, and safe, compliant adoption of AI and automation tooling. You will work closely with Engineering, Technology, Corporate IT, Data, Product, Legal, Information Security, Finance, and key partners to ensure compliance, drive efficiency, reduce cost, and support scalable, responsible innovation.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span></p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong><span data-contrast="auto">What you'll be doing</span></strong></p> <p><strong><span data-contrast="auto">Partner with technical teams to understand requirements, integration needs, and future AI capability plans, whilst also:</span></strong></p> <ul> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Support&nbsp;end-to-end&nbsp;sourcing processes (RFIs, RFPs, RFQs) and commercial negotiations for AI and automation tools, focusing on total cost of ownership, quality, and risk management.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Build and manage strong supplier relationships.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Oversee performance metrics, risk assessments (cyber, regulatory), and compliance with&nbsp;security,&nbsp;governance&nbsp;and data&nbsp;protection requirements.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Lead quarterly business reviews and drive continuous improvement.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Tracking of tangible operational and commercial benefits</span><span data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Ensure clarity on KPIs, SLAs, uptime, roadmap dependencies, and value&nbsp;realisation&nbsp;commitments.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Act as procurement business partner to product and engineering teams- building strong relationships with&nbsp;key stakeholders in these areas.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Collaborate with Technology, Finance, Legal, Data Protection, and Information Security to define requirements, support adoption, and articulate value.</span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto"><span data-teams="true">Deputise for the Procurement Manager as required.&nbsp;</span></span></li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong><span data-contrast="auto">Were looking for someone who has:</span></strong></p> <ul> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Proven&nbsp;end-to-end&nbsp;technology procurement experience across categories such as SaaS, cloud, data platforms, developer tools, and AI/ML tooling.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Experience&nbsp;in building and executing category strategies aligned to business&nbsp;objectives.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Experience managing complex supplier relationships, including structured performance and governance frameworks.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Skilled in commercial negotiation and contract review (MSAs, SOWs, licensing, SaaS agreements, data&nbsp;processing terms).</span><span data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Understanding of&nbsp;AI, automation, and emerging technology procurement.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Ability to interpret technical and data&nbsp;governance requirements.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span></li> <li><span data-contrast="auto">Experience&nbsp;working in&nbsp;a&nbsp;fast-paced,&nbsp;product-led,&nbsp;engineering focused&nbsp;environment.</span><span data-ccp-props="{}">&nbsp;</span></li> <li><span data-ccp-props="{}"><span data-teams="true">Familiarity with the EU AI Act, UK data protection requirements, and cloud security standards.</span></span></li> <li><span data-ccp-props="{}"><span data-teams="true">CIPS qualification or equivalent</span></span></li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p><div class="content-conclusion"><hr> <h3><span style="color: rgb(0, 4, 67);"><strong>About Rightmove</strong></span></h3> <p>Our vision is to give everyone the belief that they can make their move.
