The role of the Case Manager is to help guide admission criteria for ED patients.</div> <p><strong>Schedule of Tele-Coverage Service</strong></p> <ul> <li>7am - 3pm and 3pm - 11pm CST</li> <li>7 days/week coverage between team members</li> <li>Flexible scheduling with RN CM group</li> </ul> <p><strong>Daily Job Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Guide ED admission decisions using MCG or interqual as needed based on insurance criteria.</li> <li>Review observation patients on the medical floor to determine whether they meet inpatient criteria.</li> <li>Be available in the ER for any further questions.&nbsp;</li> <li>Work with local hospitalist + Tele UM if needed.</li> <li>AM Case Mgmt --&gt; daily review of obs patients + ER as requested.</li> <li>PM Case Mgmt --&gt; review any new admits + ER as requested.</li> </ul> <strong>About Beam Healthcare:</strong></div> <div>Beam Healthcare is looking for a RN Case Manager to join our growing team of providers, administrators, analysts &amp; friends who share the vision of Healthcare Equality.
