About the role

Cartrack is a leading global Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform provider for small, medium and large businesses, as well as consumers needing a software platform for data analytics to optimise fleets, driver behaviour, insurance risk, safety and asset recovery.

We’re looking for a passionate and results-oriented Telesales Agent (B2B) to join our growing team!

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective corporate clients, generate quotations, follow up systematically, obtain referrals, and ensure assigned sales targets are achieved.

  • Collect and complete subscription forms, coordinate signatures, submit agreements to sales administration, and maintain accurate client data in the system.

  • Follow up on fitment scheduling, confirm appointments, handle reschedules, and assist clients with service requests including ownership changes, cancellations, billing, and invoicing.

  • Distribute marketing materials to build brand awareness, ensure service quality aligns with company policies, and continuously update product, system, and industry knowledge through training.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree from any field

  • Good communication skills in English (preferred)

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Telesales, Telemarketing, or Inside Sales (B2B experience is a plus)

  • Able to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels

  • Independent, proactive, positive, hardworking, and target-driven with a strong can-do attitude

  • Customer-oriented with strong service mindset
