About the role
Responsibilities
- Understanding the product and service offered by the company.
- Setting a sales target
- Calling existing and potential customers
- Updating the database with all the customer's information.
- Ensuring the customers are satisfied with the services provided to them.
- Using a sales script to handle the customers efficiently.
- Building a strong relationship with the old and existing customers.
- Taking and processing customers' orders in a professional manner.
- Creating weekly sales reports and presenting them to the Sales Manager.
- Providing excellent customer service to the customers.
- Answering customers' questions in regards to product and service.
- Adhering to all the company’s rules and regulations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 1+ year of work experience as a Telesales Executive, and Telesales Representative.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools.
- Outstanding ability to follow scripts.
- Pleasant and customer-oriented individual.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks.
- Exceptional sales and negotiation skills.
- Ability to solve complex problems promptly.
- Ability to deal with different personalities.
- Good time management skills.
- Ability to provide excellent customer service.
