Responsibilities:

  • Generate new sales from the sales leads provided through business calls.
  • Qualify sales leads through calls.
  • Sell to both consumers and commercial customers, applying the correct solution and sales approach to each.
  • Maintain effective communication with prospects and implement a proactive follow-up strategy.
  • Continuously seek new ways to improve sales performance by reviewing calls and testing new sales techniques.

Requirements:

  • Minimum one year of experience in telesales.
  • Ability to communicate with people at all levels; independent, proactive, positive, hardworking, and driven with a can-do attitude.
  • Proficient in English.
  • Strong customer service attitude and a people-oriented approach.
