About the role

Responsibilities
- Work together with the recruitment team on building the Telesales Team.
- Manage large team responsible for generating sales leads, through business sales calls to prospect customers.
- Responsible for your team to proactively establish lists of potential customers and qualify sales leads through calls.
- Responsible for your team to maintain effective communication and secure sales appointment for Sales Team to follow-up.
- Responsible for your team to for produce daily sales progress update/report.
- Proactively work with digital marketing team and sales management to manage leads.
- Ensure your Telesales team properly use and update our CRM system.
- Train/Coach and mentor your team to sell more and better, through the phone.
- Develop new sales methods and strategies that will lead to strong value proposition to prospects.
Requirements
- A Degree or Diploma
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in Telesales or Telemarketing or Inside Sales.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in managing Telesales team of minimum 20 people.
- Able to communicate with people at all levels, with an independent, proactive, positive, hardworking, and driven with a can-do attitude.
- You are an excellent team player.
- Proficient in English and Bahasa Malay.
