About the Job - Senior Telesales Team Lead
We are a world-leading smart mobility SaaS company with over 2.6 million subscribers across 24 countries, and we are looking for a Senior Telesales Team Lead to join our team. Our teams are collaborative, vibrant and fast-growing and all team members are empowered with the freedom to influence our business with ideas that drive innovation and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the Team: Manage and support telesales agents to reach their sales goals.
Sales Strategy: Create and implement strategies to grow revenue and retain customers.
Monitor Performance: Track team performance and provide feedback to improve results.
Training: Train and mentor agents to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Customer Calls: Join calls when needed to ensure great service and solve issues.
Set Targets: Establish and review sales targets for the team.
Improve Processes: Continuously enhance telesales workflows for better productivity.
Key Requirements:
Minimum of 3-5 years in telesales, with at least 1-2 years in a team lead.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
In-depth understanding of telesales techniques and customer engagement.
Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and driven.
