Temp Make Ready Assistant

We’re looking for reliable, hard-working individuals to join our Summer Turn Staffing Team at Bellarmine Hall. Responsibilities include light maintenance, cleaning, painting, and other tasks to help prepare the building for new residents. Great opportunity to earn summer income while supporting a smooth transition for incoming students!

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform maintenance tasks, such as tightening screws, replacing light bulbs, and minor repairs
• Assist with painting walls, doors, and trim as needed
• Conduct deep cleaning of rooms, bathrooms, and common areas
• Move and arrange furniture in student rooms and lounges
• Help with trash and recycling removal during move-out and move-in periods
• Perform basic groundskeeping duties such as sweeping entryways or picking up debris
• Assist with inventory checks and reporting any damages or needed repairs
• Ensure all assigned areas are clean, safe, and ready for incoming residents
• Follow all safety procedures and wear proper protective gear when required
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet deadlines efficiently
