Temporary Deployment Planner

<p class="p1"><strong>THE ROLE: Temporary Deployment Planner</strong></p> <div> <p>We are seeking a highly analytical and execution-focused Finished Goods (FG) Deployment Planner to support our Supply Chain team on a temporary basis. This role will own deployment and allocation planning across a complex network of distribution centers and partners, ensuring product is positioned effectively to meet customer demand and service targets.</p> <p>This is a hands-on role that requires strong attention to detail, comfort working in planning systems, and the ability to quickly identify and respond to supply and demand shifts in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.</p> </div> <p class="p1"><strong>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></p> <ul> <li class="p1">Own deployment and allocation planning across multiple distribution centers, co-packers and warehouses to ensure the right product is in the right place at the right time (including RJW, Green Rabbit and Trifinity and TRI2 sites)</li> <li class="p1">Translate supply plans and customer forecasts into actionable deployment plans.</li> <li class="p1">Monitor and respond to supply/demand imbalances, short-dated inventory, and network constraints.&nbsp;</li> <li class="p1">Optimize inventory levels across sites to achieve target service levels and minimize obsolescence or overstock.</li> <li class="p1">Collaborate closely with demand planners, production planners, logistics, customer service, and warehouse operations.</li> <li class="p1">Manage allocation logic for constrained supply scenarios and communicate effectively with sales and customer service teams.&nbsp;</li> <li class="p1">Identify and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance network flow, reduce costs, and improve agility.</li> <li class="p1">Maintain master data related to deployment rules, lead times, and transit lanes. Analyze KPIs such as fill rate, inventory turns, deployment adherence, and in-stock metrics.</li> </ul> <p class="p1"><strong>SKILLS AND CAPABILITIES</strong></p> <ul class="ul1"> <li class="li1">Experience in D365 and Kinaxis Rapid Response</li> <li class="li1">5 - 7 years in Supply Chain Logistics, Supply Planning or Deployment planning</li> <li class="li1"> <div>Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) and Kinaxis RapidResponse</div> </li> <li class="li1"> <div>Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into clear actionsAdvanced Excel skills highly preferred</div> </li> <li class="li1"> <div>Detail-oriented with strong ownership and follow-through</div> </li> <li class="li1"> <div>Proactive problem solver who can quickly assess risks and drive solutions</div> </li> <li class="li1"> <div>Strong communicator who partners effectively across functions</div> </li> <li class="li1"> <div>Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, dynamic environment</div> </li> </ul> <p class="p1"><strong>NICE TO HAVE:</strong></p> <ul class="ul1"> <li class="li1"> <div>Experience in CPG or high-growth consumer goods environment</div> </li> <li class="li1"> <div>Exposure to S&amp;OP or integrated business planning processes</div> </li> </ul> <p class="p1"><strong>THE DETAILS</strong></p> <p class="p1">LOCATION: Remote, USA&nbsp;</p> <p class="p1">HOURS: 40/hours a week.&nbsp;</p> <p class="p1">PLEASE NOTE: Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.&nbsp;</p>
