Our mission is to help patients rise up and reach for the stars, and our vision is to work together as the global leader to make sacropelvic conditions universally recognized and effectively treated through innovation, evidence, education, and advocacy.</p> <p><span class="ui-provider fz b c d e f g h i j k l m n o p q r s t u v w x y z ab ac ae af ag ah ai aj ak"><br><br></span></p></div><p><strong>Territory Manager: LA/OC</strong></p> <p><strong>Base salary: $100,000</strong></p> <p><strong>General Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Reports to the hiring Regional Sales Director and has responsibility for managing the specific territory</li> <li>Provide leadership and performance to ensure that company goals are achieved</li> <li>Target, qualify, and train key Interventional physicians scheduling cases to implant SI-Bone Products</li> <li>Coordinate training of all local interventional physicians in the assigned territory</li> <li>Meet goals and quotas communicated by the Regional Sales Director</li> <li>Meet with key opinion leaders in pain and spine to drive company business and acceptance of SIJ diagnosis and treatment</li> <li>Coordinate the hospital approval process and the referring physician education programs to the local communities of referring physicians</li> <li>Responsible for performing all duties in compliance with all applicable worldwide regulatory requirements as included in the scope of the SI-BONE Quality Manual</li> <li>The Territory Manager must at all times act and conduct company business in an honest, ethical and strictly legal manner, complying with the Code of Conduct, other company policies, the AdvaMed Code and all applicable laws and regulations, whether national, regional, state or local. This employee is encouraged, expected, and required to report any suspected violations of laws, regulations, the Code or any other Company policy, and all other suspected unethical behavior. The company does not tolerate retaliation in connection with making good faith reports of suspected violations</li> </ul> <p><strong><u>Specific Responsibilities and Skills:</u></strong></p> <ul> <li>Establish rapport and a solid working relationship with the physicians and all employees</li> <li>Manage all travel &amp; entertainment expenses responsibly and within company outlined operating budgets</li> <li>Work closely with sales management to align priorities and create a sense of urgency to ensure successful endpoints are achieved and timelines are met</li> <li>Execute and refine the clinical support, selling, referral education programs and reimbursement strategy</li> <li>Provide the necessary reporting materials and communicate effectively and openly to the Regional Sales Manager &amp; Senior Management Team as required</li> <li>Develop rapport with key leaders in the spine field</li> <li>In-servicing and educating all Nurses and Scrub Technicians in the operating room setup and use of the SI-BONE instruments during SI-Bone procedures</li> <li>Consult with the X-Ray Technicians at hospitals and obtain the necessary images required during all iFuse surgical procedures</li> <li>Answer questions from the implanting physician pertaining to all ifuse procedures during the surgery</li> <li>In-servicing and educating the sterile processing department on the care, handling, and sterilization parameters of the ifuse instrument system</li> <li>Responsible for management of implant shelf life and instrument sets provided to them. Damaged or expired product to be returned to SI-BONE, Inc</li> <li>Provide information to the circulating nurse and operating room purchasing department on implants and disposal items used during all ifuse procedures</li> <li>In the event of potential non-compliance with applicable standards or regulations (e.g. FDA QSRs, ISO 13485 or ISO 14971), the employee has the authority to hold any product or Quality documentation from shipment or further processing. The employee has the responsibility and authority to report any instances to Quality and/or Regulatory and his respective management team</li> <li>Support the SI-BONE Quality System</li> </ul> <p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>Expertise:</strong></span></p> <ul> <li>Have a demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and work well with senior management</li> <li>Have a consistent career history of strong, effective leadership, a self-starter attitude and team building</li> <li>Be a positive, self-confident, decisive team member who has excellent communication skills in both oral and written formats, as well as excellent listening skills</li> <li>Be a pro-active person who attacks problems, displaying initiative and perseverance in order to bring about meaningful change, and to be open and responsive to new ideas</li> <li>Be known as a person who has high integrity, sound character, a tremendous work ethic and the passion to succeed</li> <li>Knowledge and familiarity of applicable regulations/standards (e.g. ISO 13485, FDA 21 CFR 820, EU MDR 2017/745, ISO 14971) as required to perform the job function</li> </ul> <p><strong><u>Knowledge, Education and Experience:</u></strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree and currently or recently served in sales territory management position of a high-growth, medical device organization whose products are marketed to a medical specialty practice and worked in that capacity for a minimum of 5 years</li> <li>Experience in Orthopedics or Pain Management is highly desired</li> <li>Spine experience also a plus</li> <li>Have experience working with local Pain Physicians or Spine Surgeons and product advocates</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p><div class="content-conclusion"><p><span class="ui-provider fz b c d e f g h i j k l m n o p q r s t u v w x y z ab ac ae af ag ah ai aj ak">There are potential risks associated with the iFuse Implant System.
