About the role
Aroa Biosurgery Limited is a soft-tissue regeneration company that develops, manufactures, and distributes surgical products to improve healing in complex soft tissue reconstruction procedures. The company focuses on making its solutions widely accessible and affordable, aiming to change the standard of care in tissue regeneration. Grounded in its name, which is Māori for “understanding,” Aroa integrates biological insight, structural design, and human factors to harness the body’s intrinsic ability to heal.
