<p><strong>Position Summary</strong></p>
<p>We're seeking a Territory Sales Manager (known to N2 as Area Directors) to launch, grow, and lead a BeLocal publication in your local market. If accepted, you'd operate as a local publisher: driving revenue, building partnerships with business owners, and shaping a magazine that reflects the heart of your community.</p>
<p>Your first months will focus on establishing your territory and building your client base. From there, you grow an asset you own.</p>
<p>This hybrid position involves a blend of in-person community engagement and work performed from your home office.</p>

<li>Engage with homeowners to capture authentic, community-driven content</li>
<li>Manage your territory, sales pipeline, and publication operations</li>
<li>Partner with N2's national team for design, production, training, and ongoing support</li>
<li>Lead your publication's growth as the face of Stroll in your market</li>
