You aren’t sitting behind a desk waiting for the phone to ring.</p> <ul> <li><strong>Hunt:</strong> Operate within storm-affected areas and meet homeowners where they live.</li> <li><strong>Close:</strong> Build credibility and trust one customer at a time by assessing exterior damage and onboarding new customers.</li> <li><strong>Consult:</strong> Learn to work within a team to provide comprehensive solutions to exterior construction needs; functional or cosmetic, cross-sells and upsells.&nbsp;</li> <li><strong>Grow:</strong> Career progression is built on merit.
