Our Talent Acquisition team sits at the centre of that, working closely with hiring managers across the business to attract, assess, and bring in people who will genuinely make a difference.

What you’ll do:

 You are a recruiter who takes the craft seriously. You know that a great hire starts long before the offer letter, and you bring the same rigour to a first conversation as you do to a final stage. You build relationships that last, and you are not afraid to push back when something does not feel right.

What you’ll bring:

 Manage end-to-end recruitment across a mix of technical and commercial roles, from briefing through to offer

1. Partner closely with hiring managers to understand what they actually need - not just what is on the job description

2. Build and maintain pipelines of strong candidates through direct sourcing, referrals, and proactive outreach

3. Deliver a consistent, high-quality experience for every candidate, at every stage

4. Use data to track progress, spot bottlenecks, and improve how we hire

5. Contribute to projects that make Talent Acquisition better - whether that is employer brand, process design, or how we assess candidates
