About the role
<p class="p1">We’re growing fast and looking for <span class="s1"><strong>Junior+ IT Recruiters</strong></span> to join our team and focus on hiring <span class="s1"><strong>Golang Engineers</strong></span>.</p>
<p class="p1">In this role, you will support the <span class="s1"><strong>full recruitment cycle for technical positions</strong></span>, working closely with hiring managers and experienced recruiters to help scale our engineering teams. You will work within a dedicated hiring stream and collaborate with a <span class="s1"><strong>stream lead</strong></span> who will support your growth and development in IT recruitment.</p>
<p class="p1">This role is a great fit for someone who has already taken their first steps in IT recruiting, is eager to develop strong sourcing and interviewing skills, and enjoys working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.<br><br><strong>Challenges that await you:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Supporting the end-to-end recruitment process for IT roles within your stream</li>
<li>Proactively sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, and direct search</li>
<li>Conducting initial candidate interviews and coordinating the hiring process</li>
<li>Building and maintaining strong candidate pipelines</li>
<li>Partnering with hiring managers and recruiters to drive hiring decisions</li>
<li>Ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process</li>
<li>Tracking recruitment metrics and maintaining accurate data in the ATS</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>What makes you a great fit:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>1+ year of experience in IT recruitment</li>
<li>Basic understanding of software development roles and tech stacks, or willingness to learn</li>
<li>Experience using sourcing tools such as LinkedIn, GetMatch, or similar platforms</li>
<li>Knowledge of Boolean search techniques (X-ray search is a plus)</li>
<li>Ability to manage multiple tasks and stay organized in a dynamic environment </li>
<li>Strong communication and collaboration skills</li>
<li>Curiosity and motivation to learn and grow within IT recruitment</li>
<li>Upper-Intermediate (B2) English or higher to work in an international team</li>
