Test Automation Specialist

COSMOTE Global Solutions NV is seeking a skilled Test Automation Specialist to join our dynamic team. As part of the OTE Group of Companies, we deliver comprehensive ICT solutions and services, focusing on innovation and quality.

In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining automated test scripts to ensure the quality and efficiency of our software products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and implement effective test automation strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain automated test suites for various applications
• Execute automated tests and analyze results to identify defects
• Collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams to define test strategies
• Enhance test automation frameworks and tools to improve test coverage and reliability
• Report and document test outcomes and provide insights for continuous improvement
• Participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to best practices in automation testing

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• 12+ years of experience in testing and/or a related IT field.
• Solid knowledge of testing frameworks
• Excellent knowledge of Java, Python, Selenium
• Experience with GIT, Jenkins, Maven
• Knowledge of XML & SQL
• Familiarity with UAT orchestration and solution support
• Proficiency in English (C1 level) and good working knowledge of French (B2 level)
• Understanding of Agile software development methodologies
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools is a plus
• Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities
