Echodyne offers its radars to companies working in Automotive, Transportation, Critical Infrastructure Protection, Border Security, Smart Cities, Uncrewed Aircraft Systems (UAS), and Airspace Management including Urban Air Mobility (UTM).</span></p> </blockquote> <hr></div><h2><span style="color: rgb(0, 92, 185);" data-darkreader-inline-color="">Echodyne is seeking a Sr. Test Engineer to join our fast-growing team!&nbsp;</span></h2> <h3><span style="color: #005cb9;" data-darkreader-inline-color=""><strong>RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></span></h3> <ul type="disc"> <li class="x_xmsolistparagraph" data-olk-copy-source="MessageBody">Design, execute, and maintain feature-level and end-to-end software test scenarios for complex products</li> <li class="x_xmsolistparagraph">Analyze product requirements and architecture to define test strategies, coverage, and acceptance criteria</li> <li class="x_xmsolistparagraph">Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, and test reports; manage defects through resolution</li> <li class="x_xmsolistparagraph">Perform manual and exploratory testing to identify product risks, edge cases, and failure modes</li> <li class="x_xmsolistparagraph">Build and maintain automated tests where they provide clear value, contributing to existing frameworks</li> <li class="x_xmsolistparagraph">Collaborate with software, firmware, and product teams to improve testability and overall quality</li> <li class="x_xmsolistparagraph">Support test environments, tools, and test execution across projects and releases</li> <li class="x_xmsolistparagraph">Mentor junior engineers and promote strong testing practices and a quality-first mindset</li> </ul> <h3><strong><span style="color: #005cb9;" data-darkreader-inline-color="">REQUIRED SKILLS</span></strong></h3> <ul type="disc"> <li class="x_xmsolistparagraph" data-olk-copy-source="MessageBody">5+ years of experience in software testing, QA engineering, or test engineering roles</li> <li class="x_xmsolistparagraph">Strong experience validating feature-level behavior and cross-component workflows</li> <li class="x_xmsolistparagraph">Solid understanding of software testing principles, methodologies, and test design techniques</li> <li class="x_xmsolistparagraph">Experience with test automation, including writing and maintaining automated tests (Python preferred)</li> <li class="x_xmsolistparagraph">Experience working in environments with hardware and software dependencies</li> <li class="x_xmsolistparagraph">Practical knowledge of Linux environments, Git workflows, and CI/CD concepts</li> <li class="x_xmsolistparagraph">Understanding of software development practices, defect investigation, and root cause analysis</li> </ul> <blockquote> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt; color: #000000;" data-darkreader-inline-color="">Echodyne’s technology is export controlled by the U.S. Government and we must evaluate an applicant’s eligibility to handle export-controlled information or obtain required Government authorizations.  Therefore, we will ask you as part of the application process to identify whether you are a U.S. Citizen or green card holder, or have asylum/refugee status in the U.S.&nbsp;</span></p> </blockquote> <hr> <h3><strong><span style="color: #005cb9;" data-darkreader-inline-color="">WHAT WE OFFER</span></strong></h3> <h3>This is an exempt position.&nbsp;</h3><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="title">The expected annual salary range for this role is</div><div class="pay-range"><span>$137,196</span><span class="divider">&mdash;</span><span>$205,382 USD</span></div></div></div><div class="content-conclusion"><p><strong>If your skills generally align but not perfectly, please apply anyway.
