Test Engineer

<p>Mandatory Must-Have&nbsp;<br>Requirement Analysis &amp; Test Design – Ability to understand business/functional requirements and translate them into detailed test scenarios and test cases<br>Mobile Testing Experience<br>Basic understand on Automation Testing&nbsp;<br>Manual Testing Execution – Hands-on experience in functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing across web/mobile applications<br>Defect Management (JIRA or similar) – Ability to identify, log, track, and follow up on defects using tools like JIRA with clear documentation<br>Stakeholder Collaboration – Experience working closely with developers, business analysts, and end users to clarify requirements and resolve issues<br>Test Reporting &amp; Communication – Ability to provide clear daily status reports, test progress, risks, and blockers<br>Agile/Scrum Exposure – Experience working in Agile teams, participating in sprint ceremonies (stand-ups, retrospectives, sprint planning)<br>SDLC/STLC Knowledge – Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle and Software Testing Life Cycle, including QA methodologies<br>Test/Defect Management Tools – Hands-on experience with tools such as JIRA, TestRail, HP ALM, or equivalent</p>
