The Summer Intern experience will allow you to build valuable financial analytical skills, gain direct exposure to investing, and enrich your knowledge of our business and the investment management industry. We recruit forward-thinking, curious-minded individuals who are motivated to learn and succeed in a dynamic highly team-oriented work environment.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>The program begins with a four-day training program that covers business and financial fundamentals. Training covering a wide variety of topics will continue throughout the duration of the program, led by OHA investment professionals. You will be assigned to an industry team for the duration of the program and will work with both junior and senior mentors as an active participant in the investment process while building and cultivating meaningful relationships with your team. The program culminates in a case study presentation on an assigned company to demonstrate the skills and knowledge gained throughout the summer.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong><u>Credit Analyst Responsibilities</u></strong></p> <p><strong><u>&nbsp;</u></strong></p> <ul> <li>Conduct comprehensive and in-depth company and industry research and due diligence</li> <li>Perform various financial analyses; build and maintain financial models</li> <li>Prepare investment memos and other presentation materials</li> <li>Participate in meetings with company management teams, engaging directly with external parties</li> <li>Take part in OHA investment committee meetings and support internal investment decisions</li> <li>In-Office Requirement: Employees are required to follow the in-office work schedule. Currently, OHA’s US Credit team in New York follows a hybrid model where employees work in-office Monday through Thursday. Employees have the flexibility to work remotely on Fridays.
